My Story

Daniel Dearing started training with Pakmen during the 17U beach season and skyrocketed from a tier two beach player to the #1 ranked 17U team in Canada. He joined our 18U indoor team and helped lead our team to gold at the 2008 CanAm Championships and the 2008 18U Canadian National Championships, where he scored the match winning point and was named to the Canadian All-Star team, despite playing with a severely sprained ankle. On the beach that summer, he and his beach partner Kristian Kuld won the 2008 Junior Olympics in Puerto Rico and the 2008 18U Provincial Beach Championships, despite playing with injuries. Daniel was later named to Canada’s National Beach Volleybal.
